Fees and Payment Policies
If you have an insurance plan that we accept, we submit claims for you and you pay only the balance due after the claim is processed. Most clients pay $0 out-of-pocket.

Call your insurance provider and ask if Linda Arpino is a provider on your plan and if medical nutrition therapy: Procedure Codes 97802 and 97803 are covered for the medical or preventive reason you want to address.
If you do not have coverage under your insurance plan, payment is due at the time of the consultation by cash, check, or credit card. Please contact the office for further details.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Patients who do not cancel a full 24 hours before their appointment will be subject to a $75.00 appointment cancellation fee.
Labs, Tests, and EKG
If you have a medical condition, we will need pertinent medical information from your physician.
