Your
exercise program encompasses stretching, strength
resistance, and conditioning exercises.
Programs take special consideration for children, teens and
adults who are out of condition, overweight, arthritic or
sedentary people to help get started and complement other
activity. You may be referred to our network of personal
trainers who can help you further as you progress as well as
with prenatal and post partum exercise, special needs.
Private sessions 30-60 minutes in length. A group
weight loss exercise class is available on Wednesdays at 1:30pm
in Rye Brook.
We
encourage exercise for the entire family!
